The location of this apartment is good, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. However, the walk back is uphill, so it's more convenient to use a car, and there is a parking lot available. The management is excellent, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The area is quiet at night, but there is ongoing construction during the day. If you need a quiet place during daytime hours, this might not be ideal for you. Overall, it's perfect for a stay of a few days.

Traffic along the entire coast is very heavy and it takes at least 3 hours to reach the Croatian border (54 km).
Drivers are quite unpopular...cars are left on the streets...everyone honks. It's better in the interior of the country.
Food and drink prices are normal.

Unlike in Budva, where the beaches are much smaller and more crowded, in Becici you have the largest beach - plenty of space and quite a few options to choose from. Also, you can walk to the Kamenovo beach (not so far, 20 min easy walk) and spent the day there (that beach is even better - very few people, because it's sort of isolated, and the sand is much better there, yes, it's also with pebble, but a fine one, almost like sand).

Becici is located a short distance from Budva; it has a great choice of restaurants and coffee shops situated along the various beaches. The best beach is Kamenovo Beach and is walking distance from Rafailovici through a short tunnel. There are public beach areas or private ones which offer decent quaity sun loungers, for 20-25 Euros (in total for 2 loungers) all day. The water is crystal clear.
We visited Budva Old Town which is small but worth a trip; 10 Euros for a taxi one way; it was 36 degrees, so walking was not an option.
We also booked a day trip to Lake Skadar 50 Euros each; this included coach (only 45 minutes from Becici), National Park entrance fee, 2 hour boat trip on the lake, lunch and time for a swim. Very good value and an alternative to the coast.

Small and compact resort that is a a little further from Budva than we thought. Given the headland and hill the walk was longer than Google Maps indicated, especially given the heat. There are however boat taxis back to the hotels which are reasonable and given great views of the old town and island. We were all inclusive so didn't sample bars or restaurants but there look to be plenty of good options. Beack is rather narrow, but long and loungers/shades are charged at 15 Euros a day (although some hotels have private areas).

A nice area but there is a lot of development going on at the moment, with plenty of building sites. There are some great restaurants but also quite a few not so great. I would suggest walking a little further to the ends of the waterfront to discover some quieter areas as there is a lot of unsavory 'entertainment' at late night. Nice beach area with lots of good entertainment scattered throughout.
