An unexpected gem outside of the usual resort areas, a very quiet place. A real european-class 4* hotel: spacious rooms, fresh renovation, rooftop swimming pool, great restaurant, staff that goes out of their way to help you. The manager even paid for our city-parking when we went on the trip because foreign phone numbers were not accepted in the parking payment system. I recommend renting a car: the hotel is not on the seashore but the sea is only 30 mins away by car, and you can choose remote and hidden beaches anywhere you like. Staying on the sea wouldn't be much better because it's still worth it to drive to different beach areas along the shore.

This place is beautiful. Top notch large apt with high end contemporary finishes, a stunning view and a beautiful peaceful location. Swimming right below is fantastic and there is an excellent restaurant next door. Food was some of the best we’ve had in the balkans.

Even though I come from Bulgaria, I am surprised that the people involved in tourism in Montenegro lie to the smallest detail.
They added extra beer to the dinner, which we didn't drink, but they want us to pay for it, they cheated on the price of the coffee with various such small but irritating details.
The beach is really dirty.

Some neat was amazing.
Travelled in May, so off peak. I would not enjoy in peak as there would be too many people for my likes. Lots of places to eat on waterfront.

Bar's location is optimal along the adriatic coast of Montenegro, which makes it an ideal town to stay for those who are planning to roam around other coast destinations, bith north and south alike.

The location is very good.
The location is very good. Sea is 800 m away, central square 400 m, bus station 300 m, railway station 400 m. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, comfortable bed and mattress, air conditioner. The hosts offer free beach umbrellas and blankets for sleeping on the beach. The apartment has internet, there is a smart box with which you can connect your smart devices to the big TV screen.
Unfortunately, the hosts have also had negative experiences , so a security deposit was required before arrival, which was then returned to us.

Bar is an interesting city, not only a touristic, but also a harbour one. You can meet some exotic people here, and some exotic wares at shops' shelves. Most of the city is composed of private houses, therefore it sprawls quite wide, 10+ km along the coast line. But it is long and thin, so to say, and you can always reach sea quickly.

We had the opportunity to visit few cicties on the seaside like Sutomore, Budva or Ulcinj but Bar seems to be quite calm and not crowded place. Additional Bar has it's railway connection with capitol city and aeroport what gives a better possibility to arrive there.

When I booked this apartment, I sent them the information that I will come to this object very late.
When I came in front of the object, it was closed and nobody answered to my phone calls.
Ilost more than half of hour at 3:00 AM after a long trip by car.
It is the first time that it's happened to me in more than 15 years of bookings on line all over the world.
In my opinion this Guesthouse Berlin in Bar Montenegro have to be canceled from Booking.com offers.
We absolutely loved our time in Montenegro and at Villa Jupok. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and were having a good time. The room room was perfect for our needs and in a nice quiet area of town. The hosts were great about allowing us to park our vehicle. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
The apartment was very spaciuos, amazing view from the balkony,two bathrooms was very good ,swiming pool amazing, not crowded always found a place for sunbathing. Parking -always was a place for the car which is really important in Montenegro :) I would really recomend this place :)
great location for Stari Bar, lovely indoor pool (outdoor was closed due to season). Be advised this is a halal hotel, and no alcohol is served. Very unusual in a hotel of this quality, and I might not have booked had a known.
Very familiar small apartment hotel in a nice, calm area of Susanj/Bar. Everthing is normal, the rooftop is really nice. But the main “attraction” is the host, Evgenia - she helped me in everithing and SO kind person!
