Very clean and newly remodelled. The location is great in the Medina, but also easy to reach because it's close to the main street. Wifi is excellent. It was finally quiet to sleep at night.

This is my second, more detailed review after extending our stay in Tetuan. I made two separate bookings, which is why you’re seeing a second review.
Pros
The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the medina and surrounded by great restaurants, including our favorite one right across the street. The room itself is spacious, with a comfortable large bed and an air cooler that helps beat the heat. The bathroom is also a good size. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is brand new so everything clean and nice. The staff were amazing. We didn’t realise our mobile contract didn’t cover Morocco and they went and bought us SIM cards and helped us put them in our phones and get them working. They couldn’t have been more helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious!
El Yacouta features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Tetouan. This 3-star hotel offers a business centre and a concierge service.

This was an absolutely fascinating city. The Medina is authentic, speaking to its colorful history and the people within the Medina were so helpful. We got lost more than once and absolutely had an amazing time. We even managed to find the tannery, which is only used by nine families now. This will probably be one of our favorite places that we will have visited during our month-long stay. We highly recommend El Reducto for accommodations, dinner, its incredible history, and decor, as well as the kind and friendly staff. Be sure to ask about all of the decorations and the photographs hanging on the walls. This place is like a mini museum. Enjoy!!

I found this city very lively, full of people, probably locals who emigrated abroad and came here to spend their holidays(august). The city is quite clean and tidy, the inhabitants are quite kind, the shopkeepers are not too pushy.I think it's worth spending a few days.

I visited Tetouan at the time of Ramadan, which added a new dimension to the whole experience. The medina is of a fair size, possible to walk through it using the markings. The people were also friendly and willing to help if asked for directions.
The Archeological Museum has a nice collection of mosaics from the Roman time.
The bus terminal is a short walk from the medina, but I found that not all the buses listed were actually running. Out of 3 buses in direction Tangier (8:00, 8:15 and 8:30) there was only one bus on the morning of my departure (at 8:45 🙂 ! )

A prosperous town with lots of people living their lives out on the streets. The Medina is not as pretty as the Fes Medina but felt more relevant to the daily needs of Moroccans and much less crowded. Delicious and inexpensive pastries available everywhere!

Tetouan is one of (if not the most) beautiful city in Morocco. The people there were amongst the friendliest I have encountered in Morocco in the two trips that I have been there. Many foreigners go to stay at the nearby beach properties, and miss out on the jewel that is Tetouan.

It's a strange city.
It's a strange city. We stayed in it for four days and it seemed very long to me.
Very interesting old medina, but 2 days to see the city is enough.
I found there was almost no place to eat in the city - we had to go to Martil for a fish restaurant.

Very nicely styled and clean Riad in the city center of the old town (Medina) of the city. We had a family suite for 4 persons which was huge and very nicely decorated. The Riad has a fantastic authentic style and is very well-maintained. The owners and the service staff are very friendly. A good breakfast with fresh juices is served in the courtyard and comes typically for Riads in Morocco, not as a buffet but pre-arranged.
I stayed only one night at Tetouan House and enjoyed it. The guest family is very hospitable and kind - they shared food with me /as it was impossible to eat out when I was in Tetouan/, we've had a nice conversation which was a good way to find out more about Morocco as well as to practice my French. The flat is located in the heart of the city, close do CTM station and various attractions.
From all thé hotels and Riads I stayed in Marocco, this one was thé very best! They Aldo have a piano you can play (if you want). They also have installed a great roof terrace! 10/10
