Staff- They are all very accomodating, very friendly and pleasing, They made sure that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. They also sort out any issue that you tell them as quickly as they can so that you won't get stressed.
Room- Room was very big (Junior suite with balcony view, a 5-star for me), has its own walk-in dressing room, and the bathroom was enormous even for 2 people. I have never experienced checking in to a hotel with that kind of room. Very very worth it. It was also very clean (being cleaned everyday even if you don't request it and you always have fresh towels to use too).
Pool- They have a very big pool, though only one, but you can relax there freely and peacefully.
Breakfast- Their food was nice, always fresh and clean.
Services- They have many things to offer, from spa, fitness gym to golf. We only tried the spa but it was very nice and relaxing. Loads of selection of massages and treatments that you can choose and caters what you want. They also have a shuttle that brings you to their sister hotel (Riu Tikida) which is at the beach side if you wanna enjoy some agadir beach experience. If you don't, you can just walk at the cornish and enjoy some variety of shops their and restaurants. (The food in their restaurant is a bit pricey but very delicious).

Gorgeous property, pool and restaurant facilities were exceptional. Great food at the restaurant and staff there super helpful and friendly. Everything seemed clean and well maintained, our room was big and comfortable, and quiet. Felt like a luxury riad.
