I had a beautiful experience in this Riad ! The staff made my stay extremely pleasant and i felt welcomed like i was at home . The staff gave me great recommedations and insights about what to visit in fes and across the country and how to move indepedently in the medina they were available for any requests and willing to help for everything . The traditional moroccan breakfast was delicious and very rich . The position is very strategic -it is inside the medina but also very close to Batha square and blue gate . The wifi is very fast .the roof terrace has a great view of the city and you can enjoy the panorama at any time of the day and night . Super recommended , you will stay in an authentic Moroccan Riad and you will feel second home , while being together with the kindest staff . I will back next time inshallah

Located in medina, however very close to the big and cheap car park at the Bab El Guissa. Our room was huge, with big bathroom and good shower. Breakfast was very tasty. The lady looking after us had no English and we had no French however we managed to communicate :)

Fes Heritage Boutique Hotel rates as one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. As the name says, it’s a luxury hotel and you get that sense from the moment you enter the beautiful foyer. We arrived early, were upgraded to the most exceptional room with welcome treats, offered free breakfast, and personally escorted to our room by the delightful manager. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous and the views from the rooftop sublime. The breakfast spread is huge and super tasty, with the choice of eating inside or by the pool. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better; a few minutes walk to the main entry into the medina from where it’s easy to find your way to most places.

Located near the entrance to the Medina - easy access to shops and a great guy selling a huge. variety of fresh fruit! - The breakfast was good and the food in the hotel was excellent including room service. The rooms were stylish - tastefully decorated and well appointed - the photos on the app don’t do the pool and roof terrace justice - it is much larger - the sun beds and towels provided are superb and the pool is much bigger than you would think also the views are superb - all in all a luxurious Riad for a memorable stay!

Absolutely amazing!!! Just come come come you won't regret it LOL. The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all
