I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything from the check-in process to the room quality and amenities was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The location was also ideal, close to all the key attractions, and the hotel facilities, such as the restaurant and gym, were top-notch. Excellent customer service, good location, big clean room.
The place we stayed had flooding issues. Although we had Moroccan speaking interactions, there was zero attempts to resolve the issue. The pool was unusable, there was NO hot tub as advertised, the tv did not work. It was unacceptable.
