The hotel had a great variety of food. There were many fresh fish choices, which was nice. The hotel is very lively and has a lot going on. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. It was always easy to get a lounger, umbrella and table.

We had an excellent stay at Iberostar. The staff was exceptional, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their sense of hospitality truly made our stay enjoyable.
The animation at the hotel was fantastic! The activities were varied and suitable for the whole family. We especially enjoyed the evening shows and events, which added a special touch to our holiday.

The location is great and the staff was perfect , starting with Asmaa the public relationship manager that welcomed us and helped us get our suite very fast

The host was very helpful and kind. One of the very best places to stay in Saidia. Lovely rooms, very comfy and quiet. The beach is close, you can simply walk to it. I ll definitely be coming back here again!

Negative: unfortunately there were many points of improvement. Overall I would characterize the hotel as “not well maintained”. It has everything to be a great hotel, but it misses cleanliness and motivation of the hotel staff: children seats in the restaurant and tables were always dirty, area next to the swimming pool had multiple objects, which stayed for days there and were not cleaned or thrown away (like used diapers, meal rests, plates, food leftovers). Lobby and the entrance area were clean, but as soon as you go further away it became dirty - for instance it was not possible to use the pool toilet, it was dirty all the time.
Rooms were nicely designed, but again dirty - we had hair in the shower upon check in, chairs were covered with dust, sofa was dirty.
No healthy drinks for kids at the restaurant - just water. The juice was always empty and was looking again dirty. At the breakfast one should ask for cereals and milk, otherwise they wouldn’t place it. Half of our group got stomach pain on the second day of our stay and needed medication to handle it.

It was relaxing, but I personally wouldn’t go again as for me it wasn’t a 5 star experience and our stay wasnt cheap at all.
It was a nice experience, the entertainment was very good and the staff are very nice, polite and accommodating.

We had a great experience at Iberostar. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel was clean, and the food was excellent. The rooms were spacious and nice, with a short distance to the beach, which was a big plus.
There was a wide range of activities and entertainment, ensuring there was always something to do. However, there was quite a bit of noise from the music and entertainment from early morning until late at night, which could be a bit disruptive.
The ambiance at the hotel is amazing! A big thank you to Mr. Mounir, the Guest Relations Manager, for organizing our birthday celebration so perfectly. He was highly professional and promptly addressed all our needs. The restaurant team’s service was exceptional, and the food was fresh and delicious, especially on Moroccan Day. An unforgettable experience❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is very big, many swimming pools, best location in Saidia, many restaurants, i had the chance to be present the opening night of the black lion night club,it was amazing, there was AZIZI Dadas,rachid Kasmi, and Ahmed Chawki, i had an excellent weekend I will be definitely coming back soon.
