Absolutely appalling in every way ..I did not stay there even though I booked ..disgusting, and horrendous lack of response from staff with requests for visa application documentation and hotel staff were terrible.I am VERY disappointed and Booking.com SHOULD NOT have them on their website ..,I expect a full refund !!!
