The staff and the owner let us feel as part of the community, always available for us and very friendly. We had lovely chats at night with them and they are very knowledgeable about the culture and the story of the area. They also offer tours around the area which is a plus! The location is litterally inside the palmerie which I highly recommend to see. Definetely worth if you want to immerge yourself in a typical Moroccan style of life.

Hotel was great for what we needed (stop-over between Chefchaouen and the desert).
Room was very big and bathroom was nice and clean.
Staff were friendly although in most other hotels the staff were able to speak better English, but we managed.
Would stay again if we came back to that area in Morocco.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Provided parking in front of the entrance. Location is in the centre close to endless number of restaurants and shops. Central bus terminal is in walking distance also tradition street market place. Although it is a very simple hotel only the place where to get a bed for night the staff trying maximum to make you satisfied. Don't expect international standards. It is a humble local place. Bigger rooms have private bathroom. Hot water is available, also some basic wifi connection.

Hsain was a really outstanding host, very friendly and helpful. He provided touristic information about the area and forwarded a warning about the weather conditions on my route for the next day.
The resort and the rooms itself is very spacious. The wifi is excellent with a separate router for each room.
And - unlike the one question might imply - it is very clean and I had no issues with bugs. Even the small gap under the door was closed.
