Location of hotel was great - just a couple minutes across the road from the beach. And surrounded by many shops and restaurants, with lots more within a short walk. Had a balcony and a sea view. The man working during the day - Mohamed - was so welcoming and helpful. We had a few requests, and he immediately helped us with those. Definitely the biggest asset the hotel has.
Room was a decent size with en suite and very comfortable bed. TV with lots of channels - managed to find a couple in English. Room was cleaned on request.

We booked last minute and everything had been arranged very short notice. Communication with owners was quick and easy. The lady who handed over keys was super friendly. However she doesnt speak any English (just bare that in mind if you dont speak Arabic or Spanish - it was of no problem for us). The apartment complex is slightly out of town, and it was a bit tricky to find the right entrance straight away. We were quite happy with the pool which is huge. Stayed for 2 nights only. Apartment was big, clean, modern. Notes in the apartment were helpful too, thank you. Had breakfast at a cafe within the complex. Overall good experience, even though we wouldnt visit again due to the surroundings (vast area with nothing to experience).

As noted before, I have lived and worked in Morocco for more than 10 year total over a span of 20 years. Martil is a treasure of a place to relax when one is working. One can walk everywhere in Martil, there are great little markets with fruits, fresh bread, everything, also small cafes and high-end restaurants, Martil is known for fresh fish -- a wonderful small town on a beautiful beach on the warm Mediterrean.

Beautiful, laid-back coastal city set in a picturesque...
Beautiful, laid-back coastal city set in a picturesque geographic setting. One of the cleanest, best beaches I've visited in Morocco, and very good, economic food options on the beachfront, in town, and in Diza. Locals-only, especially outside of the tourist season (summer), which is always a benefit.

We had a good time staying at this house. From start to finish, everything meets our expectations. The communication with the owner was smooth and prompt. The house is fully equipped, close to Martil Center, Titouan, and 5 minutes from the beach. It has 3 full bathrooms and reliable wifi. I recommend this place, especially for big families.
The apartment was very clean and close to the beach (2min walk), the owner was very helpful and so kind. This is now my go to place in Martil and will for sure stay there again. thank you lhajja
The location is very good in the heart of the city, the view is good especially the seaside view , restaurants are everywhere... So its a good hotel for those who wants to enjoy the weekend
