My three girlfriends and I recently spent a few nights at this hotel, and we can all agree that our stay was exceptional, mainly due to the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk team. They were not only professional but genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible.
The housekeeping team made sure our rooms were spotless every day, with attention to the little details, like extra towels and perfectly arranged rooms. The restaurant staff provided excellent service, ensuring our breakfasts were always a treat, served with smiles and quick attention.
One thing that stood out to us as a group was how welcoming and polite the doormen and security staff were. They always greeted us with warmth, making us feel safe and well looked after. Their professionalism added to the overall sense of hospitality.
In addition to the friendly staff, the hotel’s salon and hammam were absolute highlights. The salon services left us feeling refreshed and pampered, while the hammam was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Together with the exceptional service from the entire team, this made our getaway unforgettable.

The tranquility & attentiveness of all the staff. We had a room on the ground floor with its own garden which was beautiful.
We only stayed for 1 night for some opulence in the middle of our 1 week stay in Tangier and it certainly delivered.
We ate at Parisa restaurant which is within the secret innocence bar which served delicious cocktails. We didn’t get the chance to sample everything the hotel has to offer, the spa, pool or other restaurants on offer.
