The hotel is OK, clean but not worth the price

Apartment with all facilities, clean and quiet, overlooking the pool and garden. I thank the property owner for his hospitality. I highly recommend it

This is our fifth stay at this property complex and have stayed at this specific apartment for our last three visits. We have always been warmly greeted by Karim who is an excellent host and always accommodating. The apartment is spacious with two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is immaculately kept and is well situated right next to the main complex entrance, tennis courts and pool. If you are keen on playing golf the course nearby (a ten-minute walk) is well maintained and not too busy prior to the summer months. There is a decent restaurant at the course and water slide park during the summer months. The outing to Asilah has become an annual golfing holiday tradition for a golfing buddy and me over the last few years. The professional, Mohamed, is very accommodating and meticulous about the condition of the nine-hole course. Club rentals are available. If you are not travelling by car, you can take the high-speed train from Casablanca to Tangier that only takes two hours. We normally arrange for large taxi pick up in Tangier which Karim can organize to reach the property. Asilah is a quaint little town which has a nice fortress/Madina, a spacious beach and a number of good restaurants in the downtown area.

It was an horrible vacation. Clogged shower. Water overflow going to the kitchen. We called the host to fix the problem but he never respond. Also, we were 5 people and he gave us only 2 bracelets to access the pool. When we called him he says I don’t have other 3 bracelets someone took them. He said is ok you can go to swim it’s not a problem. However, when we went to the pool the security refused to let us all to access the pool. They allowed only two people that they have the bracelets. We are family of 5 planning to swim all of us on our vacation but this guy he ruined it. When we contacted booking regarding the issues, he started saying lies and stories to cover himself. This guy is very dangerous and booking has to stop him renting his property through their website. When I did went back to his property description I found out that he is saying that he has 9 beds in his property but actually is only one queen bed and 3 sofa beds. Please be cautious and stay away from renting this guy property because you will net get what you paid and you will regret it. also he doesn’t have light in the kitchen and no enough plates and stuff for the kitchen are very old and disgusting. The house smells horrible and the shower was the nightmare. This guys lives in Germany not in Morocco and he doesn’t have any person to manage his business. When we arrived he sent us a code to open the door and he left the 2 bracelets and front door keys on the table. This is how he deals with all customers. Even the syndic and the people working on the residence are tired of him to do services and favors for him for free. He was trying to call them but they refused to answer his phone calls. Overall just stay away or you will be scammed. And after you complain about him he will start saying lies and stories to booking.

Great house and great hosts. We had an excellent time as a family of four, we will definitely return on other occasions. The sea is very close, it was a relaxing overall experience. Thanks to our hosts for a great time.
