Amina was a really lovely host, made you feel at home and was helpful in showing us how to get around , gave us great tips and recommendations on where to go etc . The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, was perfect for us, set in a residential block, mostly local people. Not too far from local shops, food places, taxis etc. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.

We received a very warm welcome upon our arrival, with the property owner waiting for us at the property. They were helpful in arranging a taxi for our return trip to the airport and provided useful recommendations on nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. The location was also convenient, close to various amenities.
However, our experience took a negative turn when we raised a complaint. What started as a positive stay quickly became disappointing. I have complete evidence of the communication with property owner via whatsapp if booking.com needs any further evidence, its available! The property owner has set disappearing messages on whatsapp hence screenshots taken before these are auto deleted later on.

Everything was perfect, the owner is very nice and helpful all the times, it’s very easy to access (right infront of crocoprak) had no issues at all.

I like the way I was received. When I introduced myself and asked if my booking is still in effect because we were little late from the airport. Beautiful staff member Ijjo greet me
with so much warm welcome and respect and said " yes we are waiting for you", I felt I am home. Ijjo showed me few rooms to choose from. That is amazing. I choose the room that I liked the view. And staff members Fatiha and Mustafa very helpful. I did not know Ait Melloul people and city are so beautiful Masha Allah Tabarak Allah. Definitely I will come again to Ribis hotel and I will recommend to my all friends to stay in this hotel. Food is amazing in Ait Melloul. It's easy to get around in Ait Melloul. Taxi services are available. Shopping malls are very good. Especially inzegan plaza.Weather in Ait Melloul is good. I love to stay again in Ait Melloul.
