The villa is absolutely wonderful - cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a group. The kitchen was fully equipped for hosting a New Year's celebration dinner for 10 adults and 3 kids. The living room features a sound system and TV, and there was also a coffee machine with tea and coffee available for guests, which was a nice touch.
One note: one of the bedrooms is adjacent to the living room, so it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The other bedrooms are on the second floor, and the fifth bedroom is in an open attic space. There’s one bathroom on the first floor and two on the second (one shared in the hallway(has a bathtub and a shower) and another ensuite in one of the bedrooms (shower)).
There’s plenty of parking in the backyard, which is very convenient.
Upon our arrival, the house was well heated as per our request, making it feel extra welcoming. We quickly realized the villa was so lovely that we didn’t want to rush out at 11 am, so we reached out to extend our checkout time for the additional fee, which was no problem

Tis place has their own style. It is special and clearly that owner did a lot and put all his love to this place doesn’t matter do you like it or now. It is just matter of taste.
The place is very clean, probably the cleanest ever which I have met in booking.com.
The communication was owner was very clear and friendly. The owner took care about everything including coffee and even coffee milk, excellent herbal tea and cookies.
The access to the apartment is very easy. Next to the house is free comfortable parking place. The apartment is located-on the ground floor but I did not hear anything from the street or neighbors.
I would definitely advise this place both for short and long tern stay. Thanks to the owner.
