Great location in city center. Room was very spacious, maybe even too spacious. It is o.k. for overnight stay or if all you expect is place to put your stuff and have shower. It was fantastic that I was allowed to check in earlier - great benefit nowadays, when check-in time keeps crawling away from noon.

Great hunting lodge style guesthouse just outside Kandava with simple and stylish wooden interior. Great large rooms with a cupboard, table and chairs and a bathroom with shower. Everything was very clean and well maintained, we were greeted by the very friendly host. Exceptional large shared kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals and eat at the big wooden kitchen table, that was really perfect for us. Big garden surrounding the house with a barbecue hut and several small ponds. Easy access by car plus a lot of parking space.
Breakfast was not provided but there is a local supermarket less than 10 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment met the needs of our group of three. We did not use the apartment during the day as we were attending a conference in Kandava. Free WiFi and sauna were a bonus!
Big room with a big bed, which was really comfortable. The seats are also very comfortable with a table in between. The location in Kandava is near the bus stop so it's easy to go to other places.
