Owner of the property lives nearby, therefore it's easy to contact him to receive the keys/wood for the grill/etc. The place itself was amazing, everything was clean and good looking. You have all the utilities needed.
Internet connection provided by owner (although we didn't use as it's amazing to enjoy the silence and day without internet).
