Property was right next to 2 restaurants and a great bar. Staff was friendly and super energetic with great vibes. Supermarket is also next door a long with different markets inside. Definitely recommend and coming back!

It was overall a good experience at your hotel. Maybe it is more romantic in the winter because we had bad luck with the weather, it was rainy and colder than it normal is for the month of May. I liked the idea behind the hotel to make it like a luxurious castle and then with SPA and modern facilities. It was very crowdy which I didn't expect for end of May. The inside isolation was not good but outside isolation was perfect. The room was very warm even without turning on the air-con. But once more, please, think about on adding some small details for people who bring their first night like married couple. A small card should have been more personal!

Manager was helpful and gave me 60 Euros off spa after I complained about what was included in the price. This is unclear if you look at all the photos on booking,com. Please note it is 60 euros per day per person to use the spa. This is not for any special treatments just for the use of indoor pool, sauna, steam room, relax area, etc. Outdoor pool is free and I think the gym (but again was unsure). Spa is not part of hotel facilities it is outsourced to a franchise. As a 4 star hotel I would expect more facilities as part of the room rate.
Our stay was mostly on par with expectations. There was, though, a few hiccups but nothing alarming. More like… funny incidents.
Generally a place I would definitely not hesitate to visit again. Made my 50y birthday very memorable, and the ambiance and overall impression of Urspelt was nothing short of spectacular.
One of the receptionist did us a very dear and personal favor that you could not officially expect them to. We are very grateful.
The location was amazing, the spa in fantastic, the evening meal, despite being smaller portions was the right amount of food and there was plenty of parking right next to the hotel.
The hotel is in a very pleasant location, is well presented with friendly, professional staff. Breakfast and dinner were beautiful and the rooms were very nice indeed.
Great spa in the form of a cave, but also dry and wet saunas, hotel itself is Luxembourg national monument. Dinner restaurant was also excellent, with haut cuisine.
