AC/ climate control was a bit confusing even with instructions. We were too tired to use translate but the room was a comfortable temp. The location was great! The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was superb! It was also great to have parking at the hotel, with an elevator! The decor was really nice and there was also an outside area for meals. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will return!

The apartment in itself was quite ok if for the basic amenities. But the customer support, in times of trouble and the lack thereof made my stay at Sanem, a bad experience. Instead of having a relaxing evening after a long day at work, I was hunting for parking spaces and getting yelled at by annoyed neighbours who neither spoke English nor German. If there were no issues and no interaction with customer care, this place might perhaps be a good stay.
