The room was roomyand the bathroom really nice. The restaurant is a recommendation! The staff didn't speak a lot of English, so communication was a little difficult.

The beds were so comfortable. I have honestly never had such a beautifully plush set of pillows in a hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Even as close as it was to the highway it was quiet and secure.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and the staff took the time to explain everything to us, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms were very well equipped and the location was perfect for reaching Esch Alzette, whether by car or public transportation. Additionally, the ease of parking was a definite plus. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious!

The apartment in itself was quite ok if for the basic amenities. But the customer support, in times of trouble and the lack thereof made my stay at Sanem, a bad experience. Instead of having a relaxing evening after a long day at work, I was hunting for parking spaces and getting yelled at by annoyed neighbours who neither spoke English nor German. If there were no issues and no interaction with customer care, this place might perhaps be a good stay.
