It was a good experience but the only issue was that the beds were very loud and creaky and since 4 people were sharing the room it was a bit uncomfortable as some of us couldn’t move around comfortably because we were worried to wake the others. Also it would be nice if the WiFi name and passwords were told to us from the beginning so that we didn’t have to come back down to get it from the reception.

Locked in at night, can't leave early. You get out when the owner bothers to get up. No fire exit either !!!! Requested early breakfast but staff never turned up so went to local bakery which is lovely. Hotel Bleech is clean but basic, food bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are above the bar and restaurant so it's only quiet when people go home. That was 1am for us and we were up at 6.30am. Went the the restaurant in the evening for dinner . Was quite busy. After 20 minutes we had to go in and ask for service to order. After 10 minutes still no one had come to our table. They speak Spanish, French and German but no English. We gave up and went to the pizza Kebab shop opposite which was lovely. The 2 German ladies next to us had been waiting over an hour to order. They went elsewhere also. No parking so you have to park your motorbike o the main road. Not really a drama as Larochette is lovely and safe. The lown itself is stunning, surrounded by hilly forests and has an amazing castle that is a 30 minute walk up hill but we'll worth the visit. There is a shortcut back down. And around the base of the castle. Just follow the blue flag signs to the left of the entrance. Overall Larochette is well worth a visit but please avoid this fire trap hotel.

I stayed here with my friend. As we were walking the Mullerthal trail, this hotel was located perfectly at the trail. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Limited vegetarian options at the restaurant but the options they had were tasteful. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean.
