New, fresh and modern decor. The hotel is in a good location in town and has a good Cafe attached. The hotel has a restaurant as well but it is only open a few days a week so we couldn't try it. The pillows were excellent as were all the furnishings. The curtains were very good although not full blackout. We were in a room facing the main street but the insulation is very good and we weren't disturbed by any street noise. There is very good parking behind the hotel in the courtyard. The hotel has no keys just a front door and room entry code.

The hosts are very sweet and caring. Very responsive to any requests. We were able to communicate despite language barrier.
The house itself is nice and cozy. The property is good for the given cost. It's a bit far away from the city centre and the lake. But just 20 mins walk away.
Would also highly recommend to buy their home made honey.

Zarasai is a district where you have lake on a lake, too many lakes, too beautiful to miss. You have cheap but very tasty home food. Latvia is close by. Lots of water sports activities. You can go berry gathering or mashrooming, boating, saling, laying on the beatch. Seing historic sites, like old mills, churches, etc.
I would highly recommend this place. It has everything what you need for short stay. It was snowing and freezing outside but it was cosy atmosphere inside. It had exceeded my expectations.
This place has a perfect location. The centre of Zarasai is reachable within 5 minutes where you can find where to eat or shops for all your needs. Also, there are spa facility and a park in walking distance where you can go for a walk. Perfect for chilling out.
We had a wonderful stay in Zarasai - the campground is wonderfully located next to a lake and a little removed from the town and traffic. The facilities (including common areas) were clean and staff friendly. Especially off-season or during the shoulder season, you have the entire campground to yourself. We came in early September and were the only guests!
Very clean, nice room, has all things needed for short stay together with welcoming gift. Location good, downstairs is a caffe serving breakfast. If traveling with car, you can park it in inside yard of hotel.
Everything was great, the host allowed us to extend our stay for a later check-out time, everything was clean to the brim, parking was always available, location is close to the Zarasai Grand island
A very good option to stay in Zarasai. The room was nice, with clean bathroom, the kitchen was adequately equipped. The price was very good. The parking on site was available.
