Shavoni and her team at the reception, security, housekeeping - were so friendly and courteous. I felt at home and I'd go back anytime. I stayed with my toddler - they made us feel welcomed, safe, looked after and happy. Everyone had a smile on their faces, greetings galore and were ready to help. Shavoni did a great job. They met a few of our requests too.
The room was excellent. I've travelled to many places and stayed in different hotels around the world. This hotel is at par with them in terms of customer service and room facilities.
