Even after entering our room on the day of our arrival, he sleeps on the beam at the door to the room.
Asking for something, he asks us to go and get it, not even taking our bags.
The room doors could not close properly
There is no provision for child care.
We went there at night but it didn't look like a bungalow it was like a haunted house and it was dark all around. Only one or two lamps were burning. Swimming pool not cleaned Swimming pool nearby was not properly maintained and cleaned.
A/c room and non a/c room is not much difference but for a/c room only 10000/- which is too much for this bungalow

The room was excellent size for 3 persons. The view was amazing with lot of windows and a balcony.
The room was clean and spacious, bathroom was clean, good running hot water
AC worked very well. Rooftop lounge is excellent with great view of the city with Lotus tower
Location is excellent, I walked upto Fort station doing some sight seeing, Gangaramaya temple is closeby and Gall Face too.

Jay the caretaker of the property is an exceptional gentleman. He made all the difference to our trip. Extremely polite and courteous. He took very good care of us. He took us around Sri Lanka, explained everything so well. A very kind hearted person.
I recommend this property to anyone who wishes a home stay at Colombo.
