Our experience was literally excellent despite we arrived not in season time.
All staff was available for any requirements. Especially Kasun was super helpful even before our stay (he managed our transfers from airport and back, suggest and helped to book surfing classes, made extra miles when it comes for dinner options which weren't included in menu yet).
We have prompt cleaning service and always had option to request it anytime.
Caffe service was very good and on time.
Location - is everything. Amazing place only few steps to Ocean!

Rosi and her family were the most humble, caring and accommodating people. They took excellent care of us, making us feel comfortable and at home for the duration of our stay. The food was delicious, especially the tasty omelettes and fruits in the morning. The chicken curry and rice we had for dinner was so good, we had it every night of our stay. We loved the pool - a refreshing place to swim to cool us down from the heat. It was amazing to see monkeys, peacocks, chipmunks and all sorts of wildlife from our balcony. The location was also great being tucked out of the way l and felt local. It was a convenient bus ride away from Galle Fort. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here, especially the hosts and we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you 🙏.

We were welcomed very friendly. The rooms are very spacious, clean and we had a wonderful view at the beach. In fact, this area of the beach was wonderful! All the people run to turtle Beach, making it more quiet here.
The breakfast was very good!
We wanted to stay only one night, but opted for a second!

This little paradise was probably the most beautiful accommodation we have ever had on our countless trips. The owner, Damith, has lovingly planted and decorated the entire property, from the house to the garden, so that you can only feel at home. It was also great for us to have the lovely dog Romi and his ducks and rabbits around us. We were greeted with a delicious drink and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Even after a month in Sri Lanka, he was still able to surprise us with new delicacies. The house itself is fantastic, the bed very comfortable and we really liked the bathroom with the waterfall shower. This accommodation is something for anyone who doesn't like staying in hotels and appreciates peace and privacy, which you have plenty of here. The fantastic Thalpe beach is a five-minute walk away. Here, too, you can unwind and hardly any tourists find their way here. Instead, you can watch the locals fishing and relaxing. There are also plenty of good restaurants here for a delicious meal in the evening. This accommodation is something special and we can only recommend it to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a room at Villa Reef Talpe & from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff.
The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The view of the front beach from my room was absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene backdrop for my time there. And its definitely value for the rate.
Overall, my stay at Villa Reef Talpe was nothing short of wonderful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the beach with excellent service.

The owners are delightful, courteous and accommodating.
The owners are delightful, courteous and accommodating. The outlook is gorgeous as right on the sea. The road is busy and noisy but the ocean is louder! We loved our stay here and the ideal place to relax after our long flight (they arranged a taxi to collect us). It is not that easy to find and don’t confuse with a restaurant called turtle beach which is 2km away.

Spent only one night at Thalpe, by far the best place so far in the area. The Seaview was amazing along with the rope swing. Keerthi who was at the place was very helpful even though there was a powerful for 7 hours.

The location is perfect, in the jungles and 3 mins walking to the beach. The villa is good, clean what is rarely happens at Sri Lanka. The house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has a patio. The house is separated from the owner's house and has its private yard and territory. The kitchen has everything you need, stove, fridge, all the equipment, microwave and even washing machine. There is a hot water in the shower.
Incredibly fresh and clean, very new building in a beautiful garden. Close enough to walk to Turtle Beach and very easy to ride into Unawatuna for the other beaches and dinner.
The room has air con, a comfortable big bed and full private kitchen facilities and purified water in the taps.
Showers are hot and there is a place to relax outside and dry your swimming gear!
Super simple room, very basic but the view was beautiful, and you can see turtles everyday from the balcony. If you walk a few hundred metres down the beach you can stand in the water and the turtles will literally swim past you.
It was best stay In Sri Lanka. Villa have everything what you need. Super clean and comfortable. We planned to stay just 2 nigh but in the end we have to extend our stay. Amazing!!!!
