Our biggest complait is the the bathroom window had tape over it. The sound from outside was terrible because there was no noise isolation. This is something that you wouldn’t expect from a ‘deluxe’ room. At night we could barely sleep because of the animals on the roof. It was clean and comfy but these little things made the stay so much worse. We had stays in sri lanka for a quarter of the price that were better.
