The staff is wonderful. During our entire trip through Sri Lanka we haven't met any nicer people than here. Moreover, the food they offer you will not only fulfill your taste buds, it will also fill you for days to come. Lastly, they are in a brilliant location to provide safaris to Yala and are great at finding animals and explaining around the whole ecosystem.

The appearance is jaw-dropping. It’s pretty amazing, and the rooms are really comfortable. My son lived the pool and the changing colors of it at night. Easy to grab a Tuktuk to get around. And the hotel helped with an excellent tour guide for safari.
What pushed them over the top? My wife got hurt while out and about and the staff helped in every way, including transport and local interactions at the doctor and pharmacy. We were so thankful for their kindness.
