Literally everything. Communication was great and the service, food and comfort were very good indeed. It's a really quiet place too and we slept like logs after Pekoe Trail Stage 4. They were also kind enough to find us a tuk tuk to get back to Pundaluoya for Stage 5.

My stay was absolutely fabulous at the Golden Ridge. The property is nested amongst the lush green nature of Nuwara eliya, and itself is beautifully landscape. Full of flowers, plants, green areas to walk around, beautifully placed benches and swings to sit and relax, I had trouble leaving the hotel. My room had a view on the mountain with incredible sunrises. The buffet was filled with local and international options, a juice bar, delicious fruits and very kind service. A special thank you to Darmasidi, the buggie driver who would always escort me with a big smile to my room, Lidia and her magical hands at the spa, and Ranjan who kept my room impeccably clean. I was sad to leave
