Really enjoyed the serene beachfront specially after a busy day of my work schedule. The location was excellent. It was serene. The staff was delightful and helpful Outlook from the room was breathtaking. When you step out of the room you're stepping out into koggala Beach. Although the pool was small it was quite adequate. The bar and the dining area were quite spacious.

The room was very clean and cozy! I got the big room with the window, that was very beautiful because there was a lot of light in the room. No mosquitos, nice bed, table and chair.

A beautiful, secluded hotel with huge room and a private pool looking over the tea plantation and jungle. This is a very tranquil location and you very much feel at one with nature and your surroundings. Monkeys jumping around in the trees, peacocks walking around and endless bird songs. We did not use the main pool as our private villa pool was huge and the views were just as great, the rooms are also extremely private. The restaurant food was very good too and again with amazing views. Staff were friendly and attentive.

We had a great stay at The Fortress. The hotel is beautiful, clean rooms, lovely restaurant and great swimming pool looking out over the ocean. Location is great, a short Tuk Tuk ride to Welligama or Unawatuna.
Tri hotel is a pure gem on Koggola Lake surrounded by beautiful jungle.
