The place is between the green cover, truly the approach feels like a jungle retreat. The staff and host were excellent, ensured we were at ease and provided whatever they could do to make us feel at home. Being pure vegetarian, they curated things for us with whatever we requested. The pool is clean, the shower pressure was low which when complained immediately the staff attended and corrected the same. The host is a national Husu Kungfu coach of srilanka and very polite, he has put in a lot of efforts building this property, slowly and steadily they are streamlining the issues. There is a old Buddhist temple around 200.mtrs away , the staff accompanied us to show and explain the same which was very sweet of them and thoughtful This place is quiet inside from the bentota main beach / market place nearly a 10-15 mins drive.

Beautiful clean, crisp modern room, great wifi. We had two nights here and slept wonderfully in the peace and tranquility. We had the ground floor room which was more than ample space for two with the access to a terrace and garden and outdoor kitchen facility. The host Aneike was so friendly and helpful and Maheel made us the most fabulous breakfast, fresh fruit, coffee, the most amazing bread and eggs. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bentota! Behind the gates is an oasis ☺️

The hotel was a nice little hotel, the staff was really friendly, considerate and helpful. The room we stayed in was brand new. The beach was amazing, very calm and you could swim well in the sea.

What a great place to stay! A very large and comfortable room, friendly hosts, and almost beach top but with the bonus of a small bit of vegetation [about 50 metres] separating you from the sands through which runs a nice little footpath. The beach here is less rough than further East [where I have stayed before] so the swimming is more relaxed. I found this place by accident when another booking I had made was cancelled but it would certainly be my first choice next time around.

"This place is an absolute gem! Beautifully located in a tranquil green setting, surrounded by nature and wildlife – from parrots and monkeys to frogs and other fascinating animals. The accommodation is lovingly designed and equipped with everything you need (fridge, drinks, and plenty of tips for tours). Vinodh and his wife are the most amazing hosts you could ask for. His wife is an exceptional cook – she prepared one of the best rice & curry dishes we’ve ever had in Sri Lanka. Simply delicious! Vinodh is incredibly helpful and shared so much knowledge about Sri Lanka, its culture, and its people – truly impressive! The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, but if needed, he’ll gladly arrange a Tuk Tuk driver for you. The nearby beaches are stunning, with plenty of loungers (they even reserve a lounger for guests at a friendly local restaurant) and charming cafes. The accommodation is truly special. While the indoor space is a bit limited, with good packing and organization, it’s no issue at all. It’s spotlessly clean, equipped with AC, two showers, and more. Breakfast was excellent as well – a local Sri Lankan with fresh fruit. It was absolutely perfect, and we’ll definitely be coming back!"

Located a short walk from the main road & beach. The grounds are well maintained with different palm trees, shrubs, hedges etc. The manager Mr Amit was friendly & very helpful. He has his own tuk tuk & his price is very reasonable. My garden view room was near the front entrance. Sufficient shelving & hanging space as well as a table & 2 chairs. There was a complimentary fruit basket as well. Everything worked fine. Lighting was just okay. I did not use the kitchen area. The bed had clean linens & afforded a comfortable sleep. There was a power point beside the bed. It was handy having the mozzie net already set up. The bathroom had a seperate enclosed shower recess with good hot water & pressure. The terrace out front had a table & 2 chairs. The pool was a decent size & very refreshing from the heat. A decent size roofed area with plenty of tables & chairs located adjacent to the pool. Ovetall, I had a comfortable & relaxing stay.

It was a very nice guesthouse with a couple as the owner. They where so friendly and serviceminded and offered us the best stay with an amazing breakfirst including a very good fruitsalad.
