We chose this hotel for our last night in Sri Lanka as it is placed quite close to the airport (30 min by tuk tuk). The staff was very welcoming and the room is cozy and nicely designed. We wanted to have a late checkout as our plane was only in the evening and we were able to do so by paying an additional 4000 rupees. There is also a restaurant where they served breakfast.

They were very responsive to my request for an airport pick up and were ready waiting to pick me up from Colombo airport even after I had made an error with my flight details. At the hotel, I was treated to a welcome drink and helped to sort out a SIM card for such a good price.
Because of my great experience, I booked another 2 nights at the end of my trip! When it was time to head to the airport, it was no problem for a drop off at midnight!
I would recommend a stay here at the beginning/ end of your Sri Lankan trip :)
