The absolute best hotel by far I have stayed at for the last 7 weeks here in Sri Lanka. We treated ourselves and stayed in the lovely Northgate steps from train station. The rooms were huge, modern super clean with everything you need. Service was exceptional! A shout out to our amazing room service person: Kajinthiran, who made our room perfect everyday. I love his many towel animals he made for us. Another shout out to Kajeepan who attended to our needs at the bar/restaurant. The managers were very friendly always making sure we were happy. One of the manager even tried to arrange a cooking demo for me with the chef at the hotel restaurant. The food at the hotel restaurant was most delicious too. We also loved the fact that it was close to another bar and other great restaurants
nearby. It was worth every penny!
