The hotel is outside the main town, but there is nice restaurants near. They also provide TukTuk if you need anything. The pool was very clean and perfect for our family. The room was big and there was always helpful staff available.

There are no words to describe the hospitality and kindness, we were welcomed like part of the family. We felt like Chami Villa was second home, it was our first accomodation in Sri Lanka and we miss it already. As I told you, I would give you a 100, but I can only give you a 10. The property is beautiful, rooms are large, very clean with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was abundant and so tastefull. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children and the triple room had more than enough space for us, the big bed was large enough for 3 to sleep in. When my daughter fell and got wound on her legs, he brought us a cream to help heel it. When we went to the beach, they made sure we had everything we needed. Last but not least, Maya the dog was so charming and our children did not want to leave Chami the last they because of her and they keep mentioning her all the time.

Hotel well situated, close to a nice beach. Restaurant (both staff service and food) were excellent. The fixtures in the room were worn and dated - broken cabinets; ripped curtains. No flat screen TV or satellite channels in room, but addressed when I mentioned it. There was a private beach with sun loungers. The covers were all ripped and the beach towels had seen better days. There was supposed to be a beach bar but never seemed to be anyone serving. Fortunately there was a very good beach bar next door. The beach was clean as was the sea but the waves were quite strong - anyone with young kids would need to keep a paricular eye out for them. Overall, good location, great restaurant but fixtures in rooms and on beach need refurbishment.

We stayed for 2 nights in the family room. This place is so serene and green, although it is so close to the popular Bentota beach. The host family and staff are very good and make sure the stay is comfortable. Very good traditional breakfast in their home was a wonderful experience. They also recommended us good places for dinner and lunch. Me and my wife also had ayurveda massages which we liked very much. Definitely recommend a stay for the amazing location and warm hospitality.

The long stretch of private beach is right in front of the hotel and I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the sea each day. And also I loved watching the sun sets each evening. Most beautiful swimming pool and well maintained. The hotel location was very nice and as I got a room with sea view. Room was very much spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely arranged. Staffs are super friendly, cleanliness is good. Bathroom was equipped with all necessary amenities. The food was great. Breakfast so delicious and filling more varieties. I had satisfy each meal time selecting our meal & it was tasty. Check in and check out was really convenient. After seeing a few other properties personally I realized that this was the best decision to stay at Oasey. Just no regrets. Prices are reasonable. Great value for money. I had a pleasant stay and would love to visit again. Thank you to everyone who made my stay special. Yes, I will be back.

The staff were amazing. The owner was there and he made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way to help. We requested a late checkout and they provided that as well. They have also bought the adjoining land recently, so the resort will be really nice in a year or so as it expands.
