We had an exceptional stay at Régal Reseau Hotel and Spa. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. We stayed in a suite with a breathtaking view, and the jacuzzi was truly next level, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.
The food was absolutely excellent, offering a great variety of flavors at a very reasonable price. Dominic at the restaurant provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special touch was the breakfast box they packed for us since we had an early flight—such thoughtful service!
The hotel’s proximity to the airport made our travel plans seamless, and given the quality of the stay, it offers excellent value for money. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend Regal Réseau Hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

I used the hotel intransit to the airport. The hotel itself, restaurant and staff were excellent. The room was good with the required amenities. Despite being at a busy intersection, the hotel grounds and my room were mostly quiet. The area surrounding the hotel was busy with traffic so not conductive to walking around. However, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Good mix of Western and Srilankan food, I and my wife loved the Srilankan food!!
The resort faces the Negombo lagoon and we took a motorboat ride with Deva to the wetlands, it was very peaceful and tranquil with lots of birds, monkeys and also one moniter lizard.
The peace and quiet of this resort takes away all the tension, and helps me relax and plan.

The view was exceptional but the customer service was disappointing. They were slow and operating things on phone. Only good thing was probably the shuttle service and the driver who dropped us. The room wasn't even clean

I stayed here to relax after the flight to relax before the tour knowing that it is far away from the Negombo town (my second visit to Sri Lanka). The food at the restaurant was not great as others wrote. The portions are small for the price and not the tastiest I ve had in Sri Lanka. The pool area felt small without any aura. It takes 45 minutes to the airport. The next time I’ll be in Negombo beach area again, as there are more options food wise and transportation is more convenient. The pictures and reviews looked promising but not met the expectations. Knowing all these you could still spend a night or two.
