The accessibility was high (except for the access to the hotel and the bar on the 31st floor), so with assistance, it was truly a great experience. The staff was kind, accommodating, friendly, and especially professional without any stigmatization, which I greatly appreciated. The food and cleanliness were at the expected 4-star level. Check in process was easy, parking was safe and plenty. The room was large and I had no issues with the water pressure or temperature. I'm glad parking was included in my rate.
