Mayflower is a lovely, family run hotel and the owners and staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. They are always happy to help and lovely people from the reception staff, bar staff, cleaners and the owners who always have time to say hello. I highly recommend the trips which are great value for money, and the driver is the very best. The breakfast is exceptional, a choice of Lebanese, English or Continental and a relaxed dining atmosphere and the location in Hamra, close to the sea is unbeatable.
