What I liked (loved) most about this beautiful property was the wonderful staff before anything else. Sarah, Ousama, Sally, Cinderella and Ali displayed world-class customer service and truly made our stay comfortable given the family health circumstances that we were dealing with during our 2-week stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive for whatever we needed and above all they all were showing up to work with a big smile on their face even though all of them and their families lived in areas that were being bombed daily — in a sense they risked their lives driving to work every day, worried about their families and homes yet never wavered from their commitment to a 5-star customer service.
