Everything about this hotel is extraordinary.
The staff are sooooo friendly, Maya, Mostafa, Mohamad, Elie and Daniel are all friendly , helpful and professional.
From my experience, I say this is the best hotel in Jounieh and the surrounding.
Tasty food, lovely terrace, even the other guests are classy.
They have two restaurants. In our room I could see the mountain and the beach at the same time, which is great.
The most important thing is that you feel welcomed from the first second you arrive to the hotel

I liked everything it's not our first time there and not our last
+ The location of the hotel is just unbelievable.
+ I loved the room, size of the room and how comfortabe it was.
+ There is 24/7 room service even though we were in the middle of a storm.
+ The bed is exceptionally comfortable and so are the covers and pillows.
+ Indoor pool and gym are accessible for free which is a big plus. Would have loved to try the Spa but we never had the chance to do so as we were there for only one night.
+ Breakfast included was delicious.
The whole experience was nice except some minor issues.
Booking.com reservation and follow-up wasn't efficient. Whereas the hotel concierge staff was very professional so they managed the issue smoothly.
