Check in process was easy, parking was safe and plenty. The room was large and I had no issues with the water pressure or temperature. I'm glad parking was included in my rate.

The location was excellent no doubt , breakfast was sufficient and good , but the problem with cleanliness and presentation of the hotel . overall cleanliness was poor and except the front desk service I didn't see any employee in the whole hotel, the total environment was gloomy and old dusty smell all time of my stay . The was room was clean but shower control, cold and hot water system was not working .
We booked last minute and the staff was ready for us anyway. I liked that there had been updates to the bathroom which showed me they were investing more in the hotel. It was a great getaway for my wife and I.
Good value for money. But the hotel is really outdated (carpets everywhere, old bathrooms etc). But everything is functional. Given the current situation in Lebanon, I think the hotel's state is OK.
Excellent location for those that want to enjoy the action of Broumana. Charming hotel with historic character, and the front desk staff in particular were very helpful.
