We booked last minute and the staff was ready for us anyway. I liked that there had been updates to the bathroom which showed me they were investing more in the hotel. It was a great getaway for my wife and I.

Good choice of restaurants in the hotel and nearby - Cinco on Wednesday evening is amazing.

Good value for money. But the hotel is really outdated (carpets everywhere, old bathrooms etc). But everything is functional. Given the current situation in Lebanon, I think the hotel's state is OK.
Clean hotel despite of how old it is. Customer service is really good. I had some delays with a request and they compensated me with a bottle of wine and a fruit platter.
Excellent location for those that want to enjoy the action of Broumana. Charming hotel with historic character, and the front desk staff in particular were very helpful.
