I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this hotel, which is classified as a 5-star establishment, yet it was far from the expected standard for such a rating. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to voice my concerns.
First, the condition of the room was terrible. The room had an unbearable odor, and I had no choice but to open the windows completely just to breathe and be able to sleep. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 5-star.
Second, the cleanliness was far below expectations, which is unacceptable anywhere, especially in high-end hotels.
I urge an immediate review of this hotel, as it is not reasonable for it to be classified as a 5-star property while suffering from significant issues with quality and cleanliness. The relevant tourism authorities should follow up on this matter and take appropriate actions if necessary.
I request to be treated in a manner that reflects my status as a guest and customer of this hotel.
