The staff are very friendly. The place is gorgeous. Like a luxury hotel but so very reasonable. It’s a little away from the other hotels, but that’s good because it’s quiet. We booked this hotel specifically for a guided tour of the Plain of Jars, and we were not disappointed! Mr. Su gave us an amazing, fun and memorable all-day tour. We couldn't thank him enough for the experience. Mr. Jin at the front desk helped us book the tour and was very helpful. The room itself was gorgeous. We had a balcony with a lovely view of the farmland around the hotel. Everything worked perfectly in the room and the bed was super comfy. We highly recommend!
