I liked the lady at the reception as she was waiting for me when my plane arrived 2 hours late at around 5am and the Director who responded very quickly to any queries. Moreover, as someone who is familiar with both Kazakh and Western business cultures, I am pleased to say that the feedback I provided during my stay (in order to improve the services) was met with positivity and any issues were resolved very quickly, to my surprise. I liked also that there is tableau in the hall displaying all the flight arrivals( including live arrival times and any delays).

I stayed here for 2 nights very comfortably, with all the facilities listed. The staff were friendly. The laundry service was quite expensive, but I think it's intended for a few items and not the load of clothes that I had. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to travellers and holidayers.
