I stayed here for 2 nights very comfortably, with all the facilities listed. The staff were friendly. The laundry service was quite expensive, but I think it's intended for a few items and not the load of clothes that I had. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to travellers and holidayers.

Golden Palace is a god quality hotel notable for its very spacious, comfortable rooms. I have stayed here before and would again. Staff are mostly hesitant with English, but all friendly and doing their best to be helpful. Transport schedules mean that arrivals and departures are usually late at night or in the early morning, and the staff deal with it well. Pay for breakfast separately in the cafe adjoining the hotel. I was impressed by the service when I asked to have some laundry done - back in they early evening of the same day, at a very reasonable price.

Comfortable hotel with reasonably modern styling throughout. Adjacent to a water park and some packages appear to include access. There is also a pool and gym in the hotel for guest use. Easy to walk to sea front and harbour wall for good restaurants and views. There is also a package option which includes food which may be good families looking to stay.

The hotel is like a little cosy home, with comfortable beds and bathroom. The hotel is at 10 mints walking to the little but the nicest beach in Aktau, just down the Caspian Riviera hotel and to the left about 200m.
The highlight of the hotel were the reception ladies, who make the place brighter with their smiles and welcome attitude towards guest. Keep it up and thank you very much, I dont remember their names but they were amazing.
