Comfortable hotel with reasonably modern styling throughout. Adjacent to a water park and some packages appear to include access. There is also a pool and gym in the hotel for guest use. Everything about this hotel is great: initial communication prior to my arrival, the facility and the location close to the Caspian sea and the nice long walk along. However, the highlight of my stay is the staff. These women at the reception made me feel at home and I was travelling alone. One woman in particular, Gulya, was so warm, attentive, helpful and determined to make my stay as pleasant as it could be, and I really enjoyed it, especially talking to her, although my Russian is very poor. I am planning to come back to Aktau and explore this wonderful region and will definitely come back to Turan hotel. Just keep up the good work and cherish all these women that work there.
