The location was great! Literally 10mins away from the airport by foot, the host came to pick us up on a rainy night to the apartment. Fresh linens and towels were given to us too. It is located near to an atm and a 24h shop

This is a great location for the overnight stay. The apartment is in walking distance from the airport, for Almaty known for its traffic jams, this is a perfect way to get some rest and be free of worries of not making to your flight because you got stuck in traffic somewhere.
The friendly host offered to meet me half way with the car and helped me with my luggage.
The apartment is a spacious studio unit on the first floor of the apartment building facing a lovely green front yard. There is a secure coded entry and keyed in door. The apartment looks modern and recently renovated.
There is a full size kitchen, which I didn't use, but good to know it is available. There is WiFi available. There is a paved road leading from the apartment to the airport. It is closer to the domestic flights terminal than to the international.
I got some rest before my overseas flight and I am very grateful for it.

We really liked the room and the owner of the hotel! We stayed there for 2,5 weeks. Zhan is a really good considerate host who answered all our questions and helped us out a lot.
The room is clean, it looks new. We especially appreciated the tasteful design of the place, which added comfort to our stay. It has AC, which was important for us.
There is a kitchen area where you can cook or just simply warm up the food in the microwave.
