The guesthouse is such a lovely place to stay. The owner speaks fluent English and she's such a nice person to talk to and ask for recommendations. The location is ideal, being close to the main street where there's a selection of restaurants to eat at, as well as convenience stores. The room was spotless, and extra towels and toilet roll were provided if needed. The bed was super comfy. Overall, it's a great place to stay

The owner (speaks English) was very helpful and helped us a lot with figuring out the correct bus/ferry/train times. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are new to the area and don’t speak Korean. The guesthouse is well situated next to the main bus terminal.

Close proximity to nature. We used the Sobaeksan Eouigok Course to hike Sobaeksan and reach Birobong Peak. Ample space to park two cars. Accommodated 5 guys in the two houses - 3 queen beds. Each house had its own toilet and stove. The hosts were friendly and were always contactable through booking.com message. They were very friendly and came greet us one of the days. We communicated through translating apps as we did not speak Korean. There are restaurants and food without having to travel all the way to the Danyang town.

Walking along the river side walk is lovely, the lights and atmosphere is pleasant. Hiking up to Birobong peak was tiring but the route was stunning. Gosu cave was also great fun! Be sure to try out their garlic beef dish, Danyang is well known for this dish, and it is delicious! There is also paragliding available, it's on my list to do the next time I go!
