I do not recommend the breakfast. However, the location of the hotel to the High1 resort is very good. The hotel offers a shuttle to the mountain. But be warned the shuttle fills up quickly so plan to be in the line well before the shuttle arrives.
The rooms are clean and have what you will need. There is not a microwave in the room.

Great town, great hiking with a start at the elementary...
Great town, great hiking with a start at the elementary school. Will have to return in the winter for skiing. We didn’t visit any restaurants but it looked like there was a good amount to choose from. Also looked to be a wooden walking path that would’ve been nice had we more time.
