This property is amazing. All the amenities are amazing. The location is perfect. Near the subway and tons of shopping. Beds were some of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel.

The hotel staff is not helpful at all when asking for direction or the airport limousine. The lady will only reply she not sure asking me to check online and the male staff don’t even bothered to assist but instead wondering around playing with their phones. Most horrible hotel I ever stay. If foreigner were to get lost in Korea I guess they will leave you at your own good hands. Terrible will never go back again.
