The size of the room, air conditioning and general comfort were very good. It is very nice to have access to the metro and bus stops immediately after leaving the hotel. There are GS25 which is give 24/7 service and starbuscks on the ground floor of the hotel, . It is great to have Bujeon market and Bujeon train station right next to the hotel. It is also very easy to reach Seomyeon square with a 5 minute walk. If you join the tours from Busan, the pick up point of the tours, Seomyeon exit number 12, is 3 minutes by walking. Laundry servise at 10th floor is very useful ( Commercial type machine is perfect :))
The cleanliness was great. Especially the lady who giving the house keeping facilities, we stayed on the 9th floor was doing her job incredibly well.

The staff is so nice and helpful that they send you loads of information about the hotel or where you an eat.
They gave us some vegetarian alternative restaurants and provided some maps via what's app.
I think he was the manager, he was from Daegu, he made everything for us to enjoy our stay in the hotel and we did :)
I loved the bathtub, it was really relaxing after a long day walking. The bed are a bit firm, but it was ok for me. Good amenities in the room and even a hair straightener.
