Free access to hotel's breakfast room (basement) with a good /wide supply of food staples available throughout the day ( 6am to 11pm) was really appreciated. Good selections of restaurant around as well as convenience stores. We appreciated getting special access to the clothes washing machines.

The location and view of the hotel was amazing but the hotel itself was deplorable. It was old, dirty, smelly and just unclean. We felt so dirty in the room. Everything was dirty and old and should not be used for guests. I’m very disappointed with booking.com and the fake expectations for this place.

The location was fairly close to the Four Rivers Bike route. The small convenience store just downstairs next to the check in office was always fully stocked and kept very clean. Ideal when all you want is to shower, eat welI and get a good nights rest. The elevator up to my floor was a welcome relief to tired legs! I was shown to the downstairs garage in order to secure my bicycle safely for the night.
