After a long train ride and flight, arriving at the hotel felt like a warm embrace. We booked a tour to visit Angkor Wat and the temples through the hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. Our guide, Sarah, was incredible! Her passion for her job and the rich history of the country shone through every word she spoke. She truly made the experience special and memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, with an attention to cleanliness that did not go unnoticed. It smelled amazing, and the atmosphere was always calm and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food – it was delicious and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so wonderful. Your kindness and professionalism really made all the difference! And specially for Lily that received us so well and took care of us from the beginning!

The staff is extremely helpful with every need I had and so friendly and sweet. We had a tuk tuk driver for 3days going with us to the temples and at evening/night to restaurants and he was so lovely! The room was nothing short of fantastic—spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. It offered all the amenities I could possibly need, making it a true home away from home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area. It was amazing!
