The hotel facilities are excellent with a beautiful pool and relaxed seating areas. The welcome drinks and snacks and the afternoon tea were lovely and Ra did everything she could to ensure our visit was just perfect.
The staff are amazing- everyone was so attentive, kind and helpful. There’s such a lovely family atmosphere in this hotel with a genuine commitment to really looking after guests. Sombo, Ra, Kimlang and Sreynith were just the best!
And the drivers Lay and Vutha were fantastic. Lay brought us from the airport to Tonle Sap and Kompang Khleang and organised our boat trip and lunch at The Hut. Vutha brought us to Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom and waited for us after sunset and then took us to a beautiful restaurant in the evening waiting to bring us back to the hotel. He was wonderful!
Our tour guide Sorta /Sara was really good company and very knowledgeable and informative throughout our visit to the Temples.

I liked some of the room amenities (mirrors in the bathroom, good pillows and blankets), the big space in the room, and the comfortable bed. The staff is great, no complaints whatsoever. I would say the staff is the best thing at the hotel.

Great location for a great price. Clean and tidy room with helpful staff. The only negative was we had a room at the front of the property and it was a touch noisy. But to stay as close to the centre of Siem Reap as we did I wasn't expecting it to be quiet.

Very gentle and friendly staff at the desk, well done guys and girls!
They prepared my breakfast box a day I had to leave the hotel at 4:30AM. I couldn't take a final shower the last day before departure but just because all rooms were booked.

The hotel isn't very expensive, so value for money is good, but the hotel isn't worth 5 stars.
