I like the location; it was close to the center of the city, and we often walked to the main areas and to the river. Walking was faster compared to taking a car and tuk tuk because of the terrible traffic and narrow streets. The lobby of the hotel was very nice and had nice furnishings and decorations. It smelled of lemongrass. My room didn't have a nice view, but my friend's room has a really nice view of the river and the palace.

The hotel was very clean and our room got cleaned daily. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with cold and hot options available and great coffee. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Incredible views from the rooftop and pool. We watched the new years fireworks from the rooftop and it was spectacular!
Location is perfect, Phnom Penh is not a super walkable city but it’s easy to walk into the main areas from this hotel and there was always lots of tuk tuks available.
We had a very late check in and the hotel and staff were very accommodating and there was no issue at all.
The room had excellent air conditioning!
